目的：探讨口腔健康教育对妊娠期妇女口腔健康影响。方法：224例患者随机分为治疗组110例（对妊娠期患者进行口腔健康教育）与对照组114例（没有进行口腔健康教育）。观察两组妊娠期妇女口腔健康状况。结果：110例妊娠期妇女经过口腔健康教育后妊娠后期龈炎发病率3.63%，龋病发病率1.81%，牙周病发病率1.81%，智齿冠周炎发病率2.72%。总发病率10%。结论：口腔健康教育对妊娠期妇女牙龈炎、龋齿、牙周病、智齿冠周炎的发病率显著降低。孕妇口腔健康教育应当更加重视。
목적：탐토구강건강교육대임신기부녀구강건강영향。방법：224례환자수궤분위치료조110례（대임신기환자진행구강건강교육）여대조조114례（몰유진행구강건강교육）。관찰량조임신기부녀구강건강상황。결과：110례임신기부녀경과구강건강교육후임신후기간염발병솔3.63%，우병발병솔1.81%，아주병발병솔1.81%，지치관주염발병솔2.72%。총발병솔10%。결론：구강건강교육대임신기부녀아간염、우치、아주병、지치관주염적발병솔현저강저。잉부구강건강교육응당경가중시。

The total incidence of 10%.conclusion:Oral health education for women during pregnancy gingivitis and dental caries, periodontal disease, wisdom tooth pericoronitis incidence decreased significantly. Oral health education should pay more at ention to pregnant women.
