目的结合实际临床案例探讨中西医治疗创伤骨科疾病的效果。方法选择巫溪县中医院2010年的1月至2012年1月收治的创伤骨科患者120例进行对比和分析，将120例患者随机分为两组，治疗组的患者予以手术，中药外敷内服，骨创治疗仪综合治疗；对照组则采取常规手术钢板内、外固定、牵引、换药等西医治疗方式。结果治疗组骨折愈合、软组织修复等情况明显优于对照组。结论采用中西医结合方式来治疗创伤骨科疾病能够内外兼顾、达到标本兼治的效果。
목적결합실제림상안례탐토중서의치료창상골과질병적효과。방법선택무계현중의원2010년적1월지2012년1월수치적창상골과환자120례진행대비화분석，장120례환자수궤분위량조，치료조적환자여이수술，중약외부내복，골창치료의종합치료；대조조칙채취상규수술강판내、외고정、견인、환약등서의치료방식。결과치료조골절유합、연조직수복등정황명현우우대조조。결론채용중서의결합방식래치료창상골과질병능구내외겸고、체도표본겸치적효과。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of trau-matic orthopedics disease combined with clinical cases .Methods From January 2010 to January 2012 ,120 cases of traumatic orthopedic patients were compared and analyzed ,the 120 cases randomly divided into two groups ,the pa-tients in the treatment group therapy with operation ,external application of Chinese medicine orally ,bone wound treatment instrument ,and the control group adopted routine operation steel plate ,external fixation ,traction ,dressing and Western medicine treatment .Results Fracture healing ,repair of soft tissue in 60 cases of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group .Conclusion For the treatment of traumatic orthopedic diseases to internal and external balance ,address both the symptoms and root cause combined by Chinese and Western medi-cine .
