为了提高机床加工精度和生产效率,本次设计所要解决的主要问题,是应用PLC技术改造了C534J双柱立式车床的电气控制系统。主要是运用PLC软件进行编程对主轴控制,左右两个刀架控制,横梁升降控制,横梁夹紧控制。通过PLC技术改造,不但可简化控制线路,而且故障率低,可靠性能高,完全可满足该机床的加工要求。
為瞭提高機床加工精度和生產效率,本次設計所要解決的主要問題,是應用PLC技術改造瞭C534J雙柱立式車床的電氣控製繫統。主要是運用PLC軟件進行編程對主軸控製,左右兩箇刀架控製,橫樑升降控製,橫樑夾緊控製。通過PLC技術改造,不但可簡化控製線路,而且故障率低,可靠性能高,完全可滿足該機床的加工要求。

In order to improve the working accuracy and production efifciency of the machine.The problem solved in this design is mainly the electrical control units of model C534J is an universal vertical lathe with double columns can be changed by PLC program through technical innovation.Use software PLC to carry on programming,spindle control,two turrets in left and right sides control,beam up down control,beam clamp control.By PLC program through technical innovation,therefore the ratio of repair wil be reduced and the control circuits wil be simpliifed,the need of machining requirements wil be met entirely.
