目的探讨整体护理干预对体外循环下心脏直视手术患者预后的影响。方法本研究选择的体外循环下心脏直视手术的患者共80例，随机按观察组和对照组各40例划分，对照组采用心血管科常规方案护理，观察组加强整体、全面的护理干预。结果观察组临床护理满意度显著高于对照组，焦虑、抑郁程度显著低于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论加强体外循环下心脏直视手术整体护理干预，可显著提高护理质量，降低不良事件率，确保手术成功实施，明显改善预后。
목적탐토정체호리간예대체외순배하심장직시수술환자예후적영향。방법본연구선택적체외순배하심장직시수술적환자공80례，수궤안관찰조화대조조각40례화분，대조조채용심혈관과상규방안호리，관찰조가강정체、전면적호리간예。결과관찰조림상호리만의도현저고우대조조，초필、억욱정도현저저우대조조，병발증발생솔현저저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론가강체외순배하심장직시수술정체호리간예，가현저제고호리질량，강저불량사건솔，학보수술성공실시，명현개선예후。
Objective To investigate the overall influence of nursing intervention on the prognosis of open heart surgery under extracorporal circulation. Methods A total of 80 patients receiving the open heart surgery under extracorporal circulation were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional cardiovascular nursing and the observation group received strengthened overall and comprehensive nursing intervention. Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The observation group had significantly higher clinical nursing satisfaction than the control group,significantly lower anxiety and depression levels than the control group and significantly lower incidence of complications than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the nursing intervention in the open heart surgery under extracorporal circulation can effectively improve the nursing quality,reduce the adverse event rate,ensure the successfucal implementation of surgery and significantly improve the prognosis.
