目的研究一组具有高度敏感性和特异性的血清标记物，能够早期诊断胰腺癌和监测胰腺癌术后疗效。方法收集病例100例分为三组，第一组：50例正常人为阴性对照组；第二组：50例经临床确诊为胰腺癌组；第三组：在第二组术后1个月为监测组。然后，分别对它们采取血液进行AFP、CEA、CA199、CA153、CA125及CA50、POA、PCAA的定量检测，研究其阳性率、敏感性和特异性。结果第一组的8种指标均为阴性，无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。第二组中的8种指标浓度水平明显升高，与第一组相比，具有高敏感性和高特异性，x2值分别为18.7和15.1，具有显著性差异P＜0.05。第三组与第二组相比，8种指标浓度水平明显下降至正常水平，P＜0.01，具有显著性差异。结论当胰腺癌变时，8种相关性指标可作为一组高度敏感性和特异性的血清标记物，同时也可作为胰腺癌术后疗效的一组监测指标。
목적연구일조구유고도민감성화특이성적혈청표기물，능구조기진단이선암화감측이선암술후료효。방법수집병례100례분위삼조，제일조：50례정상인위음성대조조；제이조：50례경림상학진위이선암조；제삼조：재제이조술후1개월위감측조。연후，분별대타문채취혈액진행AFP、CEA、CA199、CA153、CA125급CA50、POA、PCAA적정량검측，연구기양성솔、민감성화특이성。결과제일조적8충지표균위음성，무현저성차이（P＞0.05）。제이조중적8충지표농도수평명현승고，여제일조상비，구유고민감성화고특이성，x2치분별위18.7화15.1，구유현저성차이P＜0.05。제삼조여제이조상비，8충지표농도수평명현하강지정상수평，P＜0.01，구유현저성차이。결론당이선암변시，8충상관성지표가작위일조고도민감성화특이성적혈청표기물，동시야가작위이선암술후료효적일조감측지표。
Objective To study a group serum markers with high sensitivity and specificity,it can earlydiagnose pancreatic cancer and survey postoperative efficacy of pancreatic cancer. Methods 100 cases were collected and divided into three groups.The first group was nega-tive control group for 50 cases of normal people.The second group was pancreatic cancer group for 50 cases clinically diagnosed to pancreatic cancer.The third group was monitoring group for the second group postoperative one month.Then they were respectively took blood into detect concentration level of AFP,CEA,CA199,CA153,CA125,CA50,POA,PCAA and studied its positive rate,sensitivity and specificity. Results Eight kinds of index in the first group were also negative.The P values were greater than 0.05.They showed no significant difference.Eight kinds of index concentration levels in patients with the second group increas-ed significantly.Compared with the first group,they had high sensitivity and high specificity.The x2 values respectively were 18.7 and 15.1,The P values was inferior to 0.05.They show-ed significant difference.The third group compared with the second group.Eight kinds of index concentration levels significantly decreased to normal level.The P values were also inferior to 0.01.They showed significant difference. Conclusion As pancreas took place canceration eight kinds of correlation index can be used as a group of blood markers with high sensitivity and specificity.At the same time also it can be usedas a group of monitoringindex of pancreatic cancer postoperative efficacy.
