目的探讨在儿童先天性心脏病的诊断中16排螺旋CT的使用价值。方法本次研究回顾性分析2010年8月~2012年9月我院经过手术确诊的72例先天性心脏病患者的临床资料，使用PHILIPS Brilliance飞利浦16排CT进行检查，对于结果采用统计学方法处理。结果（1）本次研究中共有191处心血管畸形，其中MSCT、UCG检出率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）共有49处存在心脏畸形，其中MSCT、UCG两种检查的结果的检出率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。（3）共有142处存在心脏大血管连接部位及心外大血管畸形，MSCT、UCG检出率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论儿童先天性心脏病的诊断中16排螺旋CT具有重要的使用价值，将其与UCG联合使用能够使儿童先天性心脏病的术前诊断的准确性得到显著的提高，可以在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the value of the 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of children with congenital heart disease. Methods 72 cases of congenital heart disease were collected from August 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital, all the patients were checked with PHILIPS Brilliance Philips 16-slice CT and the results were analyzed with statistical methods. Results (1) There were 191 cardiovascular malformations in the study. The detection rate of MSCT, UCG had significant difference (P < 0.05). (2)There were 49 heart malformations. The detection rate of MSCT and UCG had no significant difference (P>0.05). (3) There were 142 large blood vessels outside the heart and great vessels joints and heart deformity, the detection rate of MSCT and UCG had a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The value of the 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of Children with congenital heart disease is very important, with UCG joint use of the accuracy of the preoperative diagnosis of children with congenital heart disease has been significantly improved in clinical application.
