目的观察玉丹荣心丸治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法选择60例急性病毒性心肌炎患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用玉丹荣心丸治疗,对两组治疗前后心肌酶谱及心功能的检测结果进行对比。结果两组治疗前后心肌酶谱、左室射血分数及心搏出量均有明显差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组对心肌酶谱、左室射血分数及心搏出量改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用玉丹荣心丸治疗急性病毒性心肌炎,疗效确切,有助于提高患者的心功能,值得临床推广应用。

목적관찰옥단영심환치료급성병독성심기염적림상료효。방법선택60례급성병독성심기염환자,대기림상자료진행회고성분석,근거치료방법분위치료조화대조조,재상규치료적기출상,치료조가용옥단영심환치료,대량조치료전후심기매보급심공능적검측결과진행대비。결과량조치료전후심기매보、좌실사혈분수급심박출량균유명현차이(P<0.05),치료후치료조대심기매보、좌실사혈분수급심박출량개선작용우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론재상규치료기출상가용옥단영심환치료급성병독성심기염,료효학절,유조우제고환자적심공능,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the curative effects of Yudan Rongxin pills in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. Methods Sixty patients with acute viral myocarditis were selected and their clinical information was analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received additional Yudan Rongxin pills treatment on the basis of the routine treatment. The myocardial enzymes and cardiac function of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results For both groups, the myocardial enzymes, left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output volume after the treatment were significantly different from those before the treatment (P<0.05). After the treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of the myocardial enzymes, left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output volume (P<0.05). Conclusion The additional application of Yurong Danxin pills on the basis of the routine treatment shows accurate curative effects in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis and is conducive to improving the patients' cardiac function, thereby worthy of clinical application.
