目的评价单独使用普通含氟牙膏与加用含氟漱口水与加用玻璃离子保护膜对老年根面防龋的临床效果。方法对154例60~70岁老年患者263颗下颌第二前磨牙采取分组对照研究方法,随机选择A组使用普通含氟牙膏,选择B组使用普通含氟牙膏+Phos-Flur含氟漱口水,选择C组使用普通含氟牙膏+Clinpro玻璃离子保护膜,在18个月后,判断患牙患龋情况并对菌斑指数(PLI)进行比较。结果实施预防措施前后A、B两组PLI比较差异无统计学意义;C组PLI平均由1.61下降到1.42(P<0.05);A组成功率为78.3%,B组成功率为87.8%,C组成功率为97.8%,A、B组间差异无统计学意义,C组分别与A、B组相比较,防龋成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用含氟牙膏和释氟玻璃离子保护膜对于老年根面防龋成功率明显高于同时应用含氟漱口水与含氟牙膏或单用含氟牙膏,提示对于老年患者,建议在使用含氟牙膏刷牙的同时定期行玻璃离子保护膜进行龋病预防。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fluoridated oothpaste, fluoridated mouthwashes and resin reinforced glass ionomer against root caries in aged people. Methods 263 mandibular second premolar of aged people were divided into three groups at random, A:fluoridated toothpaste group;B: fluoridated toothpaste and mouthwashes group;C:resin-reinforced glass ionomer and fluoridated toothpaste group.18 months later,the plaque index(PLI) and number of caried teeth were estimated. Results 18 months after three caries preventive measures were implemented,the PLI of C group decreased from 1.61 to 1.42 (P<0.05).A,B and C group of prevention caries success rates were 78.3%, 87.8%and 97.8%.The data of C group was significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05). There were no statistically significant difference in PLI or prevention caries success rates between group A and group B. Conclusion In order to prevent root caries in aged people,the combined treatment including resin-reinforced glass ionomer and fluoridated toothpaste is better than fluoridated toothpaste and fluoridated mouthwashes.
