目的探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效及优越性。方法回顾性分析2009年11月-2012年12月我院63例顽固性鼻出血患者的临床资料，观察鼻内镜下微波治疗(观察组42例)与再次鼻腔填塞(对照组21例)顽固性鼻出血的临床效果。结果观察组治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血安全、有效，值得临床推广应用。
목적탐토비내경하미파치료완고성비출혈적림상료효급우월성。방법회고성분석2009년11월-2012년12월아원63례완고성비출혈환자적림상자료，관찰비내경하미파치료(관찰조42례)여재차비강전새(대조조21례)완고성비출혈적림상효과。결과관찰조치유솔급총유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05)，병발증발생솔명현저우대조조。결론비내경하미파치료완고성비출혈안전、유효，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and superiority of nasal endoscopic microwave on the treatment of intractable epistaxis. Methods Retrospective analysis is carried out about the clinical data of the 63 cases of intractable epistaxis treated in the hospital from Nov. 2009 to Dec. 2012. And observations are done about the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic microwave(the observation group with 42 cases) and second nasal packing (the control group with 21 cases) on the treatment of intractable epistaxis. Results The recovery rate and the ORR of the observation group significantly higher than the control group. The incurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion With safety and efficacy, nasal endoscopic microwave in worth clinical application in the treatment of intractable epistaxis.
