介绍了基于Yusuf Chisti-Murray Moo Young模型的含油废水MBR反应池的设计;研究了曝气量及反应器结构对膜间平均错流流速的影响,并据此选定MBR曝气量及反应器下降流过水断面积分别为200m3/h和3.9m2,获得的膜间平均错流流速为1.25m/s。一年半的工程实践表明膜组件的操作负压稳定在0.02MPa以下,远低于化学清洗时的操作负压控制标准0.05Mpa,从而解决了中空纤维膜应用于含油污水处理中膜污染严重的技术瓶颈,为处理其他难降解高浓度工业废水MBR的设计与应用提供了参考和依据。

Based on the model summarized by Yusuf Chisti-Murray Moo Young,effects of aeration rate and MBR structure on cross-flow velocity along membrane surface were investigated. When the aeration rate and cross-sectional area were 200m3/h and 3.9m2 respectively,the cross-flow velocity in the MBR was 1.25m/s. Due to this higher cross-flow velocity, Transmembrane Pressure(TMP)of MBR was less than 0.02MPa throughout the one-year operation time.
