目的探讨新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期子宫颈癌中的实际效果。方法选取我院2010年11月～2012年7月入院治疗的30例局部晚期子宫颈癌患者为研究对象，针对治疗效果进行了比较研究。结果本研究的全部30例患者总有效（CR+PR）24例，总有效率达80.00%。从肿瘤大小变化情况上看，所有患者治疗后肿瘤均明显缩小，差异均具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论针对局部晚期子宫颈癌患者实施相关的新辅助化疗，其临床实际效果显著安全有效。
목적탐토신보조화료치료국부만기자궁경암중적실제효과。방법선취아원2010년11월～2012년7월입원치료적30례국부만기자궁경암환자위연구대상，침대치료효과진행료비교연구。결과본연구적전부30례환자총유효（CR+PR）24례，총유효솔체80.00%。종종류대소변화정황상간，소유환자치료후종류균명현축소，차이균구유통계학의의（P균＜0.05）。결론침대국부만기자궁경암환자실시상관적신보조화료，기림상실제효과현저안전유효。
Objective To investigate the recent clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods 30 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer treated in our hospital from November 2010 to July 2012 were selected. The treatment effect were compared and discussed. Results The total effective(CR+PR) was 24 cases in all 30 cases of the present study,the total effective rate was 80%. From the tumor size changes of point of view, the tumors of all patients were significantly reduced after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer was safe and effective.
