目的探讨跟骨锁定接骨板治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法选取2007年1月～2012年12月入住我院的56例跟骨骨折患者对其回顾性分析，根据治疗方法分为对照组与观察组，各28例。对照组给予常规的治疗，观察组给予跟骨锁定接骨板治疗，比较两组Krimmer评分、跟骨Bohler's角及两组并发症的发生率等，组间差异以P＜0.05表示组间存在统计学意义。结果（1）经Krimmer评分，对照组治疗优良率为67.86%（19/28），明显低于观察组89.29%（25/28），两组相比，差异具有显著的统计学意义（P＜0.01）；（2）两组治疗后与治疗前相比，Bohler's角均显著增大，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组增大速度要明显快于对照组（P＜0.05）；（3）两组均会出现畸形愈合、伤口感染、骨折不愈合以及伤口不愈合等并发症，对照组并发症发生率为21.43%（6/28），明显大于观察组（10.71%，3/28），两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论跟骨锁定接骨板治疗跟骨骨折，疗效显著，值得加以推广并应用。

목적탐토근골쇄정접골판치료근골골절적료효。방법선취2007년1월～2012년12월입주아원적56례근골골절환자대기회고성분석，근거치료방법분위대조조여관찰조，각28례。대조조급여상규적치료，관찰조급여근골쇄정접골판치료，비교량조Krimmer평분、근골Bohler's각급량조병발증적발생솔등，조간차이이P＜0.05표시조간존재통계학의의。결과（1）경Krimmer평분，대조조치료우량솔위67.86%（19/28），명현저우관찰조89.29%（25/28），량조상비，차이구유현저적통계학의의（P＜0.01）；（2）량조치료후여치료전상비，Bohler's각균현저증대，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05），차관찰조증대속도요명현쾌우대조조（P＜0.05）；（3）량조균회출현기형유합、상구감염、골절불유합이급상구불유합등병발증，대조조병발증발생솔위21.43%（6/28），명현대우관찰조（10.71%，3/28），량조비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론근골쇄정접골판치료근골골절，료효현저，치득가이추엄병응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of alcaneus locking plate in the treatment of calcaneus fracture. Methods 56 patients with calcaneus fracture in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into the treatment group treated by alcaneus locking plate and the control group treated by conventional treatment,each group was 28 cases. The Krimmer wrist score,alcaneus Bohler's angle and the incidence rate of complication in the two groups were compared.(P < 0.05)indicated that the significant difference between the two groups exited. Results (1)The result of the Krimmer wrist score in the control group was excellent in 67.86%(19/28),and which was lower than that in the treatment group(89.29%,25/28),(P < 0.01).(2)The calcaneus Bohler's angle in the two groups increased larger after the treatment than that before the treatment and the difference was significant(P<0.05).And the increscent speed of calcaneus Bohler's angle in the treatment group was faster than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)The both groups had the complications such as malunion,wound infection,fracture nonunion, wound nonunion and etc. The incidence rate of complication in the control groups[21.43%(6/28)] was more than that in the treatment group(10.71%,3/28) and the difference was significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Alcaneus locking plate in the treatment of calcaneus fractures gets satisfactory effect and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
