随着能源结构的调整,天然气发电机组得到了发展,为了保证机组的稳定运行,研究天然气的基本燃烧特性就尤为重要。在给定燃气的最大流量为Vrq=8.33×10-5m3/s的条件下设计研究天然气的基本燃烧特性的实验台,实验台主要由燃烧器、燃烧室、气体供给系统、温度测量系统、烟气测量系统、其它辅助部分6部分组成。可以完成不同的过量空气系数α下的扩散燃烧实验,最终获得过量空气系数α对天然气扩散燃烧温度分布、烟气浓度的影响规律。
隨著能源結構的調整,天然氣髮電機組得到瞭髮展,為瞭保證機組的穩定運行,研究天然氣的基本燃燒特性就尤為重要。在給定燃氣的最大流量為Vrq=8.33×10-5m3/s的條件下設計研究天然氣的基本燃燒特性的實驗檯,實驗檯主要由燃燒器、燃燒室、氣體供給繫統、溫度測量繫統、煙氣測量繫統、其它輔助部分6部分組成。可以完成不同的過量空氣繫數α下的擴散燃燒實驗,最終穫得過量空氣繫數α對天然氣擴散燃燒溫度分佈、煙氣濃度的影響規律。

As the adjustment of energy structure, natural gas generator has been developed, in order to ensure the stable operation of the unit, the basic combustion characteristics of natural gas is very important. The experiment system about combustion characteristics of natural gas system is designed according to the given conditions, the maximum flow is given as Vrq=8.33×10-5m3/s. The experiment system is mainly composed of six parts, the burner, the combustion chamber, a gas supply system, temperature measurement system, flue gas measurement system, other auxiliary part. the combustion experiments are carried out under different excess air coefficient, final y we obtain temperature distribution, gas concentration combustion of diffusion combustion which is effected by excess air coefficientα.
