目的：探讨儿童屈光不正性弱视治疗是否随治疗时间延长，其视力会均匀一致的逐渐提高及治疗12个月后的整体疗效。方法2011年2月至6月我院就诊的屈光不正性弱视患儿82人(152眼)，经过正规的弱视治疗，记录每3个月弱视治疗后的最佳矫正视力，共计4次，并对其结果进行统计分析。结果152眼矫正视力并非随时间延长而均匀一致的提高，各治疗阶段疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；但经过12个月的综合治疗，弱视治疗的有效率达98.03%，各阶段疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论屈光不正性儿童弱视的治疗，矫正视力并非随治疗时间的延长而均匀一致提高，但总的疗效是随治疗时间的延长而随之提高。
목적：탐토인동굴광불정성약시치료시부수치료시간연장，기시력회균균일치적축점제고급치료12개월후적정체료효。방법2011년2월지6월아원취진적굴광불정성약시환인82인(152안)，경과정규적약시치료，기록매3개월약시치료후적최가교정시력，공계4차，병대기결과진행통계분석。결과152안교정시력병비수시간연장이균균일치적제고，각치료계단료효차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；단경과12개월적종합치료，약시치료적유효솔체98.03%，각계단료효차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론굴광불정성인동약시적치료，교정시력병비수치료시간적연장이균균일치제고，단총적료효시수치료시간적연장이수지제고。
Objective To investigating of whether the corrected visual acuity of the children with ametropic amblyopia will improve steadily with their continuously treatment and what’s the final result after 12 months later. Methods 82 children (152 eyes) with ametropic amblyopia by amblyopic treatment were recorded their corrected vi-sual acuity, the results were dealt with statistic analysis. Results The corrected visual acuity was not improved steadily with the treatment going on, the difference among each treatment phase has statistically significant (P<0.05).But the ef-fective rate improved with the treatment going on ,and after 12 months synthetically treatment, the total efficiency is 98.03%, and the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of ametropic amblyopia in children, the corrected visual acuity was not improved steadily with the treatment going on , but the total efficiency improved steadily with the treatment going on.
