为解决马铃薯残膜不能回收而造成的“白色污染”难题，设计了一种带有捡膜扒齿装置的凸轮伸缩齿滚筒式的马铃薯二次捡膜残膜回收机。拖拉机动力输出轴与减速器输入轴通过万向节连接，带动收膜机前进，在凸轮的作用下捡膜齿转动至下方伸出捡膜、转至上方缩回脱膜。脱模滚筒与滚筒外壁进行挤压摩擦帮助脱掉残膜，并由脱膜叶轮将残膜拨送到集膜箱；捡膜扒齿组将漏掉的残膜二次捡拾，达到增加残膜回收效率的目的。

In order to solve the problem of white pollution caused by residual film which has not been recycled , a kind of telescopic tooth roller potato residual film recycling machine with film picking -up steak device was designed .Output shaft of the tractor is connected with the input shaft of the transmission through the universal joint .Tractor drives residual film recovery machine forward and film picking-up teeth stretch in at below to pick up the residual film and out at top to unload the film under the action of the cam .With the help of extrusion friction between the stripping roller and outer wall of the picking roller residual film can be removed .The residual film will be then taken to the film box .Meanwhile , miss residual film will be picked up by the film steak so as to increase residual film recycling efficiency .
