目的分析口腔科医疗纠纷发生的原因,为制定防范措施提供依据。方法统计口腔科10年来发生的医疗纠纷30例,分析纠纷产生的原因。结果引起口腔科医疗纠纷的主要原因为:技术问题导致的医疗纠纷10例,占33.3%;责任心不强导致的医疗纠纷3例,占10%;医患沟通不足导致的医疗纠纷12例,占40%;因患者心理问题导致的医疗纠纷3例,占10%;熟人加塞导致的医疗纠纷2例,占6.7%。结论提高口腔科医师技术水平,加强与患者沟通,坚持各项规章制度,加强医学心理知识学习是预防口腔科临床医疗纠纷的关键措施。

Objective To analyze the causes of medical disputes in the Department of Stomatology, provide the basis for making preventive measures.
