目的探讨几种不同内固治疗成人肱骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取1991年1月至2012年1月我院收治的成人肱骨远端骨折患者160例进行分析，按照内固定方式分成A、B、C、D四组，每组40例，A组采用克氏针内外髁八字内固定治疗，B组采用重建钢板内固定治疗，C组采用解剖丫型钢板内固定，D组采用两块解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗，观察四组治疗效果。结果 D组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间明显少于A、B、C三组（P＜0.05）；D组肘关节功能评分明显高于A、B、C三组（P＜0.05）；四组均无严重并发症发生。结论两块解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折手术时间短，术中出血量少，骨折可以获得坚强的内固定，能够加快骨折愈合，改善患者肘关节功能，是一种安全有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广。
목적탐토궤충불동내고치료성인굉골원단골절적림상효과。방법선취1991년1월지2012년1월아원수치적성인굉골원단골절환자160례진행분석，안조내고정방식분성A、B、C、D사조，매조40례，A조채용극씨침내외과팔자내고정치료，B조채용중건강판내고정치료，C조채용해부아형강판내고정，D조채용량괴해부쇄정강판내고정치료，관찰사조치료효과。결과 D조수술시간、술중출혈량、골절유합시간명현소우A、B、C삼조（P＜0.05）；D조주관절공능평분명현고우A、B、C삼조（P＜0.05）；사조균무엄중병발증발생。결론량괴해부쇄정강판내고정치료성인굉골원단골절수술시간단，술중출혈량소，골절가이획득견강적내고정，능구가쾌골절유합，개선환자주관절공능，시일충안전유효적치료방법，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of several different solid treatment of adult distal humerus fractures. Methods 160 patients with distal humerus in adult analyzed from 1991 January to 2012 January in our hospital were divided into four groups A, B, C, D, in accordance with the internal ifxation, 40 cases in each group, group A with Kirschner wire ifxation, group B with reconstruction plate ifxation,group C with anatomical plate ifxation, group D with two anatomic locking plate ifxation, to observe the treatment effect of the four groups. Results Group D in operation time, amount of bleeding, fracture healing time was less than that of the group A, B, C(P<0.05);Group D elbow function score was signiifcantly higher than that of the group A, B, C(P<0.05);no serious complications occurred in four groups. Conclusion Two anatomic locking plate ifxation operation time short plate for the treatment of adult distal humerus, less bleeding, can accelerate fracture healing, improve the elbow joint function of patients, is a safe and effective treatment method, is worth of the clinical promotion.
