独立学院是中国高等教育的重要组成部分，但由于独立学院起步较晚，发展过程多变，因此在教学管理工作中存在许多问题。教学管理队伍是教学管理工作开展和实施的原动力，本文将通过如何利用激励理论来鼓励、稳定教学管理队伍的发展，进而提升独立学院教学管理水平来进行探讨。

Independent college is an important part of higher education in China, but as independent college started relatively late, development process is variable, so there are many problems in the teaching management work. Teaching management team is a motive force of the teaching management and implementation work. The paper studies how to encourage the development of teaching management team by using the incentive theory, and enhance the level of independent college teaching management.
