以水胶比、胶凝材料总量、矿物掺合料的掺量、砂率、粉煤灰与矿粉掺量比等因素为变量,设计五因素四水平的L16(45)正交试验,以混凝土28d和56d的抗压强度为考核指标,分析各因素对混凝土抗压强度的影响程度。试验结果表明:水胶比是影响混凝土抗压强度的最主要因素,矿物掺合料的掺量对混凝土强度影响较为显著,其他的因素影响不显著但有影响。
以水膠比、膠凝材料總量、礦物摻閤料的摻量、砂率、粉煤灰與礦粉摻量比等因素為變量,設計五因素四水平的L16(45)正交試驗,以混凝土28d和56d的抗壓彊度為攷覈指標,分析各因素對混凝土抗壓彊度的影響程度。試驗結果錶明:水膠比是影響混凝土抗壓彊度的最主要因素,礦物摻閤料的摻量對混凝土彊度影響較為顯著,其他的因素影響不顯著但有影響。

Taking water-binder ratio, the total amount of binder, the proportion of mineral admixtures, sand ratio, fly ash and slag powder admixture ratio and other factors as variables, this paper designs L16(45)orthogonal test with five factors and four levels, takes compressive strength of 28d and 56d concrete as the evaluation index, analyzes the impact of various factors on the the compressive strength of concrete. The test results show that: water binder ratio is the main factor affecting the compressive strength of concrete, effect of mineral admixtures on concrete strength is more significant, and effect of other factors was not significant.
