目的评价急诊腔内泌尿外科技术（经皮肾镜、输尿管镜技术）治疗结石性脓肾的疗效和价值。方法2010年1月-2013年1月，我院收治的45例结石性脓肾患者分别采用经皮肾造瘘术、经输尿管镜支架置入术、经输尿管镜碎石取石术进行治疗。结果45例患者术后感染均得到控制，未发生感染性休克，10例肾功能不全的患者肾功能得到改善。25例获得随访1年~2年，未出现患肾切除。结论急诊经皮肾镜、输尿管镜手术治疗结石性脓肾具有微创、安全、有效等特点，值得在临床中推广应用。
목적평개급진강내비뇨외과기술（경피신경、수뇨관경기술）치료결석성농신적료효화개치。방법2010년1월-2013년1월，아원수치적45례결석성농신환자분별채용경피신조루술、경수뇨관경지가치입술、경수뇨관경쇄석취석술진행치료。결과45례환자술후감염균득도공제，미발생감염성휴극，10례신공능불전적환자신공능득도개선。25례획득수방1년~2년，미출현환신절제。결론급진경피신경、수뇨관경수술치료결석성농신구유미창、안전、유효등특점，치득재림상중추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect and value of the treatment of calculous pyonephrsis with endourologica technique under emergency,inculding percutaneous technique and transurethral ureteroscopy.Methods 45 cases of calculous pyonephrsis were treated by percutaneous nephrollithtomy,Double-J ureteral stenting with ureterscope and ureterscope lithotripsy between January 2010 to January 2013.Results Infections of 45 patients were controlled. No patient had septic shock. Renal functions of 10 patients which had renal disfuction were improved. 25 cases were followed up after 1-2 year,no patient was treated with nephrectomy finally. Conclusion Percutaneous technique and transurethral ureteroscopy are minimally invasive,safety,effective in the treatment of calculous pyonephrsis under emergency.
