没有目标的教学是盲目的教学,目标不明确的教学是糊涂的教学,新课程倡导把单纯重视知识的教学目标转变为三维目标,并对目标的要求和描述做出了具体的说明。青年化学教师通过领会目标水平及其行为动词和理解目标理念设计的三维目标,并在教学中使三维目标“合三为一”可以有效地实现三维目标。
