目的：通过对本院门诊电子处方进行点评总结和分析，提高药师审方水平，促进临床合理用药。方法：抽取2011年6月-2012年8月医院门诊处方30000张，对相关指标进行回顾性定量评价与分析。结果：每张处方用药品种数3.14种，抗菌药物使用率23.61%，注射剂使用率14.53%，不合理处方比例6.93%（2079/30000）。结论：采取多种处方点评干预措施，医师加强培训，药师严格四查十对，进一步提高本院用药水平。

목적：통과대본원문진전자처방진행점평총결화분석，제고약사심방수평，촉진림상합리용약。방법：추취2011년6월-2012년8월의원문진처방30000장，대상관지표진행회고성정량평개여분석。결과：매장처방용약품충수3.14충，항균약물사용솔23.61%，주사제사용솔14.53%，불합리처방비례6.93%（2079/30000）。결론：채취다충처방점평간예조시，의사가강배훈，약사엄격사사십대，진일보제고본원용약수평。
Objective:To improve the level of pharmacist and promote clinical rational drug use,by analyzing and studying the electronic outpatient prescriptions in our hospital. Method:30 000 copies of outpatient prescriptions from June 2011 to August 2012 were selected and commented;evaluated and retrospectively analyzed the related quantitative index. Result:The number of drugs per prescription was 3.14,antibiotic use was 23.61%,injection rate was 14.53%,and the proportion irrational prescriptions was 6.93%(2079/30 000). Conclusion:Adopt a variety of measures for prescription comment intervention;strengthen the training of doctors,physicians,and pharmacist strictly check prescriptions according to the instructions,further to improve the level of drug utilization in our hospital.
