目的:对马莲鞍根75%乙醇提取物的大孔树脂柱60%乙醇洗脱物进行化学成分研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、制备液相等分离手段进行化学成分的分离,再通过核磁共振波谱法确定其化学结构。结果:经分离得到3个化合物均为白色粉末;核磁共振波谱图,确定其为强心苷类化合物,分别为16-O-acetylperiplogenin(1),periplogenin 3-O-β-D-digitoxoside(2),digitoxigenin gentiobioside(3),其中,化合物1为种内首分。结论:本方法对马莲鞍的化学成分研究具有较好的应用价值。能应用于马莲鞍的进一步开发。

Objective:To study Malian saddle 75% ethanol extract of the root macroporous resin column 60% ethanol elution the chemical constituents. Method:Used such as silica gel Column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid separated means to separate the chemical components,and then by NMR determined its chemical structure. Result:The isolated three white powder compounds;NMR chart determine if it was a cardiac glycosides. The three compounds were 6-O-acetylperiplogenin(1),periplogenin 3-O-β-D-digitoxoside(2), digitoxigenin gentiobioside(3),where in the compound 1 was a species within the first minute. Conclusion:The method Malian chemical constituents of the saddle has a good application value. Can be applied to the further development of Malian saddle.
