目的：分析丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病的临床价值。方法：选取本院治疗的川崎病患儿60例作为研究对象，按照数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，对照组采用口服阿司匹林治疗，观察组在对照组阿司匹林治疗的基础上予以丙种球蛋白治疗，阿司匹林用量根据患儿退热情况决定，比较两组患儿的平均退热时间、平均阿司匹林用量、平均黏膜充血消退时间以及颈淋巴肿大消散时间，以及冠状动脉扩张的发生率。总结丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病的临床价值。结果：观察组患儿的平均退热时间、阿司匹林用量、平均黏膜充血消退时间以及颈淋巴肿大消散时间均明显较对照组低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的冠状动脉扩张发生率为6.67%，对照组为10.00%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：阿司匹林是治疗川崎病的经典药物，丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林用于川崎病的治疗具有更优的临床价值。

목적：분석병충구단백연합아사필림치료천기병적림상개치。방법：선취본원치료적천기병환인60례작위연구대상，안조수자수궤표법분위대조조화관찰조，매조30례，대조조채용구복아사필림치료，관찰조재대조조아사필림치료적기출상여이병충구단백치료，아사필림용량근거환인퇴열정황결정，비교량조환인적평균퇴열시간、평균아사필림용량、평균점막충혈소퇴시간이급경림파종대소산시간，이급관상동맥확장적발생솔。총결병충구단백연합아사필림치료천기병적림상개치。결과：관찰조환인적평균퇴열시간、아사필림용량、평균점막충혈소퇴시간이급경림파종대소산시간균명현교대조조저，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。관찰조환자적관상동맥확장발생솔위6.67%，대조조위10.00%，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：아사필림시치료천기병적경전약물，병충구단백연합아사필림용우천기병적치료구유경우적림상개치。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Gamma globulin combined with aspirin in kawasaki disease. Method:60 cases of kawasaki disease in our hospital for treatment were chosen as the research object. According to the numberical machine’s table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,and 30 cases in each group. The control group was taken with oral aspirin therapy,and the observation group was taken with aspirin treatment on the basis of the control group. Aspirin dosage was according to the situation of children with fever under decision.The average defervescence time average mucosal hyperemia,average dosage of aspirin,fade time dissipates and swollen,and the incidence of coronary artery expansion of the two groups were compared. The clinical value of gamma globulin in combination with aspirin treatment of kawasaki disease was compared. Result:The average defervescence time,dosage of aspirin,average mucosal hyperemia,fading away and was swollen abreaction time in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05). The coronary artery expansion rate in the observation group was 6.67%,and the control group was 10.00%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Aspirin is the classic drugs in the treatment of kawasaki disease,gamma globulin in combination with aspirin for the treatment of kawasaki disease have better clinical value.
