目的研究在饮食加运动的基础上应用二甲双胍与阿卡波糖对空腹血糖受损(IFG)人群糖尿病干预治疗的效果.方法对IFG患者按年龄、性别、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体重指数(BMI)等均衡原则(P＞0.05)随机分为对照组及实验组,对照组在饮食加运动基础上给予口服安慰剂治疗,实验组在饮食加运动基础上予口服二甲双胍肠溶片和阿卡波糖胶囊治疗,随访12个月,对比两组的干预治疗效果.结果对照组和实验组的各项指标均较治疗前有所下降,但实验组各项指标下降更明显；实验组在治疗前后FPG、FINS、2hPG、2hINS、HbA1c差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论对IFG患者,在饮食加运动基础上予二甲双胍和阿卡波糖干预治疗,能更有效的控制血糖水平,预防和延缓2型糖尿病的发生.
목적 연구재음식가운동적기출상응용이갑쌍고여아잡파당대공복혈당수손(IFG)인군당뇨병간예치료적효과.방법 대IFG환자안년령、성별、수축압(SBP)、서장압(DBP)、체중지수(BMI)등균형원칙(P＞0.05)수궤분위대조조급실험조,대조조재음식가운동기출상급여구복안위제치료,실험조재음식가운동기출상여구복이갑쌍고장용편화아잡파당효낭치료,수방12개월,대비량조적간예치료효과.결과 대조조화실험조적각항지표균교치료전유소하강,단실험조각항지표하강경명현；실험조재치료전후FPG、FINS、2hPG、2hINS、HbA1c차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 대IFG환자,재음식가운동기출상여이갑쌍고화아잡파당간예치료,능경유효적공제혈당수평,예방화연완2형당뇨병적발생.
Objective To assess the effect of Metformin and Acarbose plus dietary and exercise therapy on preventing IFG population from becoming diabetes mellitus.Methods 112 subjects with IFG were equally divided into control group and trial group in accordance with the index of age,sex,SBP,DBP,and BMI.The control group was treated with placebos plus dietary and exercise therapy.And the trial group was orally given Metformin (0.25 g,t.i.d) and Acarbose (50 mg,t.i.d) plus diet and exercise therapy.12 months after treatment,the indexes of FPG,2hPG etc.was detected in all subjects and compared between the 2 groups.Results All the indexes descended in the 2 groups after treatment,,but descended more in the trial group.There were significant differences in the indexes of FPG,FINS,2hPG,2hINS,and HbA1c in the trial group before and after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusions Metformin and Acarbose plus dietary and exercise therapy for IFG population can control the blood glucose level effectively and prevent or postpone the form of diabetes mellitus.
