目的分析我院治疗阿尔茨海默病药的应用情况及发展趋势。方法对我院2010-2012年治疗阿尔茨海默病药的应用数据进行统计、分析。结果三年中治疗阿尔茨海默病药的用药金额及用药频率总体呈上升趋势，年平均增长率达25%-50%，其中胞磷胆碱、茴拉西坦、多奈哌齐是最常用的治疗阿尔

objective: to analysis the drug therapy of alzheimer's disease in our application situation and development trend. Methods: 2010-2012 in our hospital treatment of alzheimer's drug application data statistics and analysis. Results: three years treatment of alzheimer's drug use amount and frequency of the overal rise, the annual average growth rate of 25% - 50%, citicoline, Hui raschig, donnel y, pp together is the most commonly used drug therapy of alzheimer's disease. Conclusion: cholinesterase inhibitors, brain cel activator for our key therapeutic agents in the treatment of alzheimer's disease.
