目的研究米非司酮在稽留流产治疗中的疗效。方法96例稽留流产的患者，分别予以米非司酮治疗和观察治疗；并将治疗组按年龄分组，了解不同年龄组的治疗效果。结论米非司酮治疗组成功率明显高于观察组，年龄越大成功率越高。所以对于由于年龄越大，孕囊太小的不适合吸宫的稽留流产的患者，予以米非司酮治疗，不失为一种很好的方法。
목적연구미비사동재계류유산치료중적료효。방법96례계류유산적환자，분별여이미비사동치료화관찰치료；병장치료조안년령분조，료해불동년령조적치료효과。결론미비사동치료조성공솔명현고우관찰조，년령월대성공솔월고。소이대우유우년령월대，잉낭태소적불괄합흡궁적계류유산적환자，여이미비사동치료，불실위일충흔호적방법。
Objective: To study on mifepristone in treatment of patients with missed abortion. Methods: 96 cases of missed abortion patients, respectively of mifepristone treatment and treatment; and the treatment group by age group, understand the different age group treatment effect. Conclusion: to mifepristone therapy treatment consisting of power was significantly higher in the observation group, the older the higher success rate. So due to age, gestational sac is too smal for uterine aspiration of missed abortion patients, to mifepristone treatment, it is a very good method.
