目的探讨超声引导盆腔介入手术并发症的原因、诊断及防治方法。方法通过682例超声引导盆腔介入手术临床资料回顾分析。结果682例盆腔介入手术中，发生并发症12例，发生率1.76%，包括腹壁血肿3例，体位性低血压晕厥及过敏性休克各1例，出血性膀胱炎1例，醉酒表现6例。结论

Objective: To discuss the causes, diagnosis and prevention methods of complications of pelvic interventional puncture and therapy under ultrasound guidance. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made based on the clinical data of 682 cases of ultrasound guided pelvic interventional therapy. Result: 12 cases out of 682 were found to have complications including 3 cases of abdominal wal hematoma, 1 case of postural hypotension syncope and anaphylactic shock respectively, 1 case of hemorrhagic cystitis and 6 cases of intoxicated symptoms. Among the 682 cases, the overal incidence rate is 1.76%. Conclusion: Ultrasound examination in abdominal wal and preventive medication wil reduce the incidence rate of complications of pelvic interventional puncture and therapy.
