目的研究淮安市2008～2011年计划生育手术中放置与取出宫内节育器和药物流产人次数变化情况。方法本地区所有从事计划生育技术服务的工作单位由受过培训的专业人员每月填写计划生育技术服务数量情况，逐级上报，统计分析淮安市计划生育手术中放置与取出宫内节育器和药物流产人次数变化情况。结果淮安市2008～2011年放置与取出宫内节育器例数逐年减少，药物流产人次数逐年上升。结论药物流产人次数与放置、取出宫内节育器例数之差有高度线性负相关。

Conclusion: The number of medical abortion with highly linear negative correlation with The difference between the place and remove the intrauterine device number.
