安置型社区“农民市民化”过程中产生了角色转化、身份认同、价值冲突等问题。以科学发展观和社会主义核心价值观为指导，以安置社区居民持续发展为本，以统筹城乡协调发展为基础，构建科学合理的安置型社区文化目标体系，可以实现社区文化的“以文化人”的功能，从而解决农民市民化的核心问题。

There exist several problems on role transformation, i-dentity and value conflict in urban resettlement communities. Guided by the scientific outlook on development and the socialist core values, with the sustainable development of community citi-zens as the basis, based on urban-rural harmonious development, we attempt to construct a cultural objective system for urban re-settlement community, so as to solve the core problems in farm-ers' urbanization.
