目的探讨中医健康宣教在提高高血压治疗依从性中的效果。方法我社区在2011年6月-2012年7月在对家庭病床高血压患者100例随机分为两组，对照组给予系统管理和常规干预，干预组给予系统管理和常规干预及中医健康宣教，观察高血压治疗依从性和血压控制率。结果两组患者高血压治疗依从性和控制率都有提高，给予中医健康宣教的干预组，治疗依从性明显高于对照组，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中医健康宣教可以有效的提高患者高血压治疗依从性和血压控制率，是降低高血压并发症发生的有效方法。
목적탐토중의건강선교재제고고혈압치료의종성중적효과。방법아사구재2011년6월-2012년7월재대가정병상고혈압환자100례수궤분위량조，대조조급여계통관리화상규간예，간예조급여계통관리화상규간예급중의건강선교，관찰고혈압치료의종성화혈압공제솔。결과량조환자고혈압치료의종성화공제솔도유제고，급여중의건강선교적간예조，치료의종성명현고우대조조，차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。결론중의건강선교가이유효적제고환자고혈압치료의종성화혈압공제솔，시강저고혈압병발증발생적유효방법。
Objective: TCM health education in improving the treatment compliance in hypertensive effect. method: I in 2011 June - 2012 July community of family beds in 100 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine system management and intervention, the intervention group were given routine system management and intervention and traditional Chinese health education, observation of hypertension treatment compliance and blood pressure control rate. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine health education can effectively improve the control rate of hypertension treatment compliance and blood pressure, is an effective method to reduce hypertension complications.
