目的为加强中药注射剂使用的安全性，减少中药注射剂发生不良反应，更好地发展中药注射剂在临床上的使用。方法对2007～2008年广东省中药注射剂出现的不良反应前十名上报的数据进行统计和分析。结果对2008年的1209例中药注射剂不良反应和2007年的2174例中药注射剂不良反应相比较，上报数据状况明显下降了；引发中成药不良反应出现的给药途径中，静脉滴注居首位，在2008年上半年的数据中高达72.40％。结论中药注射剂在临床上应用广泛，应对其不良反应引起高度重视，尽量减少不良反应的发生，提高合理用药水平。
목적위가강중약주사제사용적안전성，감소중약주사제발생불량반응，경호지발전중약주사제재림상상적사용。방법대2007～2008년광동성중약주사제출현적불량반응전십명상보적수거진행통계화분석。결과대2008년적1209례중약주사제불량반응화2007년적2174례중약주사제불량반응상비교，상보수거상황명현하강료；인발중성약불량반응출현적급약도경중，정맥적주거수위，재2008년상반년적수거중고체72.40％。결론중약주사제재림상상응용엄범，응대기불량반응인기고도중시，진량감소불량반응적발생，제고합리용약수평。
Objective: To enhance the safety of using traditional Chinese medicine injection;to reduce the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injection to happen and better develop the traditional Chinese medicine injection in clinical use. Methods: To analyse according to Guangdong Province's top ten reported statistical data of injection adverse reactions that occurred in2007~2008 . Results: Compared with the 2174 cases of adverse reactions medicine injections in 2007, the number 1209 reported in 2008 significantly decreased; among the ways that cause the adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicine, the intravenous drip is on top of the list. At the first half of 2008, the data is up to 72.40%. Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine injection is used widely in clinical, it should be attached great importance to minimize the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the level of rational drug use.......
