目的探讨阑尾周围脓肿两种保守治疗方法的临床效果。方法回顾性统计分析2007年1月-2012年11月收治的97例阑尾周围脓肿临床资料，随机分为保守1组53例，采用头孢二或三代+甲硝唑抗感染、中药外敷、口服中药治疗，保守2组44例，采用头孢二或三代+甲硝唑抗感染、中药外敷治疗，分析对比两种保守治疗效果。结果保守1组有效率96.2％（51/53），保守2组有效率81.8％（36/44），两组对比有显著性差异（χ2=3.952，P=0.047）；保守1组住院时间(7.1±3.1)d，保守2组住院时间(10.8±4.9)d，两组相比有统计学差异（t=-4.575，P=0.000）；保守1组住院费用(4919.18±1813.49)元，保守2组住院费用(6539.24±2844.14)元，两组相比有显著性差异（t=-3.336，P=0.001）。结论阑尾周围脓肿采用抗感染、中药外敷治疗联合口服中药治疗效果更显著，缩短了住院时间，节省了住院费用。
목적탐토란미주위농종량충보수치료방법적림상효과。방법회고성통계분석2007년1월-2012년11월수치적97례란미주위농종림상자료，수궤분위보수1조53례，채용두포이혹삼대+갑초서항감염、중약외부、구복중약치료，보수2조44례，채용두포이혹삼대+갑초서항감염、중약외부치료，분석대비량충보수치료효과。결과보수1조유효솔96.2％（51/53），보수2조유효솔81.8％（36/44），량조대비유현저성차이（χ2=3.952，P=0.047）；보수1조주원시간(7.1±3.1)d，보수2조주원시간(10.8±4.9)d，량조상비유통계학차이（t=-4.575，P=0.000）；보수1조주원비용(4919.18±1813.49)원，보수2조주원비용(6539.24±2844.14)원，량조상비유현저성차이（t=-3.336，P=0.001）。결론란미주위농종채용항감염、중약외부치료연합구복중약치료효과경현저，축단료주원시간，절성료주원비용。
Objective To Discuss the effect of two kinds of conservative treatments for Abscess of appendix.Methods A retrospective statistical analysis 97 cases of appendiceal abscess clinical data of our hospital from 2007 January to 2012 November.Conservative group one of 53 patients, treated with second or third generation cephalosporin, metronidazole and external application of Chinese medicine, oral Chinese medicine treatment. Conservative group two of 44 patients, treated with second or third generation cephalosporin, metronidazole and external application of Chinese medicine. Analysis and comparison the two kinds of conservative treatments.Results The effective rate of group one was 96.2%( 51/53 ), the effective rate of group two was 81.8%( 36/44 ), two groups had signiifcant difference (χ2=3.952, P=0.047 );hospitalization time of group one was 7.1± 3.1 days, hospitalization time of group two was 10.8± 4.9 days, two groups had signiifcant difference ( t=-4.575, P=0.000 );hospitalization expenses of group one was 4919.18± 1813.49 Yuan , hospitalization expenses of group two was 6539.24 ±2844.14 Yuan, two groups had signiifcant difference ( t=-3.336,P=0.001 ).Conclusion Periappendiceal abscess treated with anti-infective, external application of Chinese medicine treatment combined with oral Chinese medicine treatment have more signiifcant effect, shorten hospitalization time, saving the cost of hospitalization.
