目的：观察瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效。方法将72例不同程度颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成患者分成治疗组和对照组，对照组常规降糖、降压、饮食控制、服用阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg，1次/d，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用瑞舒伐他汀钙10 mg，每晚睡前 1次，为期12个月。观察治疗前后血脂、颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）、斑块面积、斑块总个数变化。结果治疗组治疗12个月后血清总胆固醇（TC）、血清甘油三酯（TG）、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平下降，IMT值、斑块面积减小，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平、斑块总个数变化不大（P＞0.05）。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙是治疗颈动脉粥样硬化较好的选择，不但可以降低血脂水平，还能降低斑块面积，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰서서벌타정개치료경동맥죽양경화반괴적료효。방법장72례불동정도경동맥죽양경화반괴형성환자분성치료조화대조조，대조조상규강당、강압、음식공제、복용아사필림장용편100 mg，1차/d，치료조재대조조치료기출상복용서서벌타정개10 mg，매만수전 1차，위기12개월。관찰치료전후혈지、경동맥내막중층후도（IMT）、반괴면적、반괴총개수변화。결과치료조치료12개월후혈청총담고순（TC）、혈청감유삼지（TG）、혈청저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C）수평하강，IMT치、반괴면적감소，여치료전비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），이혈청고밀도지단백담고순（HDL-C）수평、반괴총개수변화불대（P＞0.05）。결론서서벌타정개시치료경동맥죽양경화교호적선택，불단가이강저혈지수평，환능강저반괴면적，치득추엄응용。
Objective To observe the effects of rosuvastatin calcium on treating carotid artery arteriosclero-sis plaque.Methods All 72 patients with carotid artery arteriosclerosis plaque were divided into the treatment group(40 cases)and control group(32 cases).The patients in control group were given drugs accordingly to de-crease blood pressure,glucose and were given diet,and even enteric-coated aspirin 100 mg/d.On the basis of the same treatment for the control group,the patients in treatment group were given rosuvastatin calcium 10 mg/d. Lipid levels,total numbers and area of carotid artery plaque and intima-media thickness (IMT)was observed be-fore treatment and 1 2 months after treatment and compared between two groups .Results After treatment,the serum total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG),serum low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)levels decreased, IMT,plaque area decreased,compared with pre-treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Serum high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)levels and total numbers of carotid artery plaque were not of difference compared with pre-treatment and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium can relieve atherosclerosis obvious-ly,reduce plaque area and regulate blood lipid.It should be introduced.
