目的:探讨弱视对儿童联合型瑞文测试各纬度的影响。方法用1∶1病例对照研究,对45名弱视儿童和45名正常儿童进行联合瑞文智力测验。结果弱视组儿童智商评分105.60±14.26,低于对照组111.80±13.08,差别有统计学意义,P<0.01。弱视儿童比较推理能力、系列关系能力和抽象推理能力分别为6.99±2.44分、4.99±2.06分和3.10±1.77分,三个纬度低于对照组,分别为8.07±1.55分、8.13±2.25分和4.22±0.93分,差别有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论弱视儿童的智商评分低于正常儿童,主要表现在比较推理、系列关系和抽象推理能力方面。

Objective To study the influence of amblyopia to children’s scores of Raven’s progressive ma-tries. Methods With 1:1 case control study, combined Raven’s Test were used to assess 45 amblyopia children and 45 matched normal children’s intelligence. Results The score of combined Raven’s test of amblyopia group was 105.60±14.26 and less than that of control group 111.80±13.08, the different was significant, P<0.01. The score of amblyopia children 6.99±2.44,4.99±2.06,3.10±1.77 was lower than matched normal children 8.07±1.55,8.13±2.25,4.22±0.93 in comparison reasoning ability, series relationship ability and abstract reasoning ability, the different was significant, P<0.01. Conclusions The score of combined Raven’s test of amblyopia children is less than normal children,mainly in comparison reasoning ability, series relationship ability and abstract reasoning ability.
