背景:以往文献报道动脉瘤样骨囊肿刮除治疗后复发率较高。<br> 目的:探讨LISS钢板内固定结合骨水泥治疗股骨远端动脉瘤样骨囊肿的疗效。<br> 方法:对河北省秦皇岛市第一医院2002年1月至2012年1月采用LISS钢板内固定加骨水泥治疗的19例股骨远端动脉瘤样骨囊肿患者进行回顾性分析。动脉瘤样骨囊肿患者的治疗目的是彻底清除囊肿,防止复发,并通过植入物内固定修复重建受损组织结构和功能。<br> 结果与结论:19例患者通过LISS钢板内固定加骨水泥治疗后随访1-3年,18例恢复较好,1例治疗后2年复发。动脉瘤样骨囊肿刮除彻底是预防治疗后复发的关键。LISS钢板的设计结合了交锁髓内针的优势和生物型锁定钢板技术融为一体,在动脉瘤样骨囊肿的治疗中具有许多优点。通过骨水泥填充病灶区域,对肿瘤有一定的杀灭作用,并且增加了病灶区域骨的强度。股骨远端动脉瘤样骨囊肿的外科治疗先清除囊肿病灶,然后通过LISS钢板内固定加骨水泥治疗可以减少病变复发。
揹景:以往文獻報道動脈瘤樣骨囊腫颳除治療後複髮率較高。<br> 目的:探討LISS鋼闆內固定結閤骨水泥治療股骨遠耑動脈瘤樣骨囊腫的療效。<br> 方法:對河北省秦皇島市第一醫院2002年1月至2012年1月採用LISS鋼闆內固定加骨水泥治療的19例股骨遠耑動脈瘤樣骨囊腫患者進行迴顧性分析。動脈瘤樣骨囊腫患者的治療目的是徹底清除囊腫,防止複髮,併通過植入物內固定脩複重建受損組織結構和功能。<br> 結果與結論:19例患者通過LISS鋼闆內固定加骨水泥治療後隨訪1-3年,18例恢複較好,1例治療後2年複髮。動脈瘤樣骨囊腫颳除徹底是預防治療後複髮的關鍵。LISS鋼闆的設計結閤瞭交鎖髓內針的優勢和生物型鎖定鋼闆技術融為一體,在動脈瘤樣骨囊腫的治療中具有許多優點。通過骨水泥填充病竈區域,對腫瘤有一定的殺滅作用,併且增加瞭病竈區域骨的彊度。股骨遠耑動脈瘤樣骨囊腫的外科治療先清除囊腫病竈,然後通過LISS鋼闆內固定加骨水泥治療可以減少病變複髮。

BACKGROUND:The previous literatures have reported that the aneurysmal bone cyst has a high recurrence rate after curettage treatment. <br> OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of less invasive stabilization system plate fixation combined with bone cement in the treatment of distal femoral aneurysmal bone cyst. <br> METHODS:A retrospective analysis was conducted in 19 patients with distal femoral aneurysmal bone cyst who treated with less invasive stabilization system plate fixation combined with bone cement in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao between January 2002 and January 2012. The purpose of the treatment of aneurysmal bone cyst was to completely remove the cyst and prevent recurrence, and to repair and reconstruct the structure and function of the damaged tissues through implant fixation. <br> RESUTLS AND CONCLUSION:The 19 patients were fol owed-up for 1-3 years after treated with less invasive stabilization system plate fixation combined with bone cement, and 18 cases recovered wel , one case had recurrence at 2 years after treatment. Complete removal of aneurysmal bone cyst is the key for the prevention of recurrence. The less invasive stabilization system plate is the combination of advantages of intramedul ary nail and the biological locking plate technology, which has many advantages in the treatment of aneurysmal bone cyst. Fil ing the lesion area with bone cement had certain kil ing effect on tumor, and can increase the bone strength in the lesion area. The surgical treatment of distal femoral aneurysmal bone cyst is to clear the cystic lesions firstly, and then to prevent the recurrence through less invasive stabilization system plate fixation combined with bone cement.
