对某林业大学经管类专业人才培养模式进行了分散、相关、蕴含和可扩四项可拓分析发现:林业高校培养方案中培养目标不够明细,课程开设门数多且缺乏特色,导致同质化培养;高学历、高水平师资欠缺,需加强学校软实力建设;“说堂”教学方法枯燥低效,应创新经管类人才培养模式,采取丰富多样的“学堂”教学方法;课程实践学时比例偏低,集中实践易流于形式,应加大实践教学比例,提高理论课教学中实践环节的要求,激发教师自觉增加课程内实践教学环节的积极性和主动性,真正做到理论与实际相结合。
對某林業大學經管類專業人纔培養模式進行瞭分散、相關、蘊含和可擴四項可拓分析髮現:林業高校培養方案中培養目標不夠明細,課程開設門數多且缺乏特色,導緻同質化培養;高學歷、高水平師資欠缺,需加彊學校軟實力建設;“說堂”教學方法枯燥低效,應創新經管類人纔培養模式,採取豐富多樣的“學堂”教學方法;課程實踐學時比例偏低,集中實踐易流于形式,應加大實踐教學比例,提高理論課教學中實踐環節的要求,激髮教師自覺增加課程內實踐教學環節的積極性和主動性,真正做到理論與實際相結閤。

The cultivation of innovative talents is the primary task and the eternal theme for college , so is it with the Forestry University .In this thesis , four extension analyses were carried out regarding the cultivation of economy and management professionals in Southwest Forestry University:the first is divergence analysis , it is found that the objec-tives of training in cultivating scheme are not detailed , moreover , although there were a large number of courses avail-able, most were lack of features , leading to homogenization of cultivation; the second is correlation analysis , it is found that if the college want to attract highly educated teachers , the feasible method is to construct not only the hard power but also the soft power;the third is content analysis , it is found that if the college hope to innovate the mode of talent training in economy and management professions , it must abandon dull teaching method and instead introduce more fruitful teaching methods;the fourth is extension analysis , it is found that the proportion of practice in the design of a curriculum is low , concentrated practice became a mere formality .
