目的：探讨使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮（达英-35）治疗少数民族人群青春期功能失调性子宫出血（功血）的效果。方法对2011年5月至2013年5月于本院诊断为青春期功血的32例患者，予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗后观察月经周期、月经天数、血红蛋白和子宫内膜的厚度。结果经炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗后，从第1次服用到出血量明显减少的时间为（19±6）h，完全止血时间为（32±7）h；患者月经周期规律，月经量减少，经期相对缩短（P＜0.05），血红蛋白上升（P＜0.05），子宫内膜变薄（P＜0.05）。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗少数民族人群青春期功血取得较好的疗效，不良反应少、方便简单，值得在基层医院推广。
목적：탐토사용결자순배병잉동（체영-35）치료소수민족인군청춘기공능실조성자궁출혈（공혈）적효과。방법대2011년5월지2013년5월우본원진단위청춘기공혈적32례환자，여결자순배병잉동치료후관찰월경주기、월경천수、혈홍단백화자궁내막적후도。결과경결자순배병잉동치료후，종제1차복용도출혈량명현감소적시간위（19±6）h，완전지혈시간위（32±7）h；환자월경주기규률，월경량감소，경기상대축단（P＜0.05），혈홍단백상승（P＜0.05），자궁내막변박（P＜0.05）。결론결자순배병잉동치료소수민족인군청춘기공혈취득교호적료효，불량반응소、방편간단，치득재기층의원추엄。
Objective Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate (Diane-35)′s therapeutic effect in treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding in ethnic minority has been discussed.Methods Menstrual cycle,number of days,hemoglobin and endometrial thickness of 32 patients whose hospital diagnosis is puberty dysfunctional u-terine bleeding from May 2011 to May 2013 have been observed after ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate treatment.Results After ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate treatment,the time,at which the bleeding sig-nificantly reduces,is (19±6)h from the first time to taking medication.The time,at which the bleeding com-pletely stops,is (32±7)h;the patients′menstrual cycle became regular,the amount of menstrual was reduced, menstruation was relatively shortened(P<0.05),haemoglobin rose(P<0.05)and endometrial became thin(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate has good therapeutic effect in treating puberty dys-functional uterine bleeding in ethnic minority and it has less adverse reaction.It is simple and convenient,worthy of promotion in the primary hospital.
