技术创新能够提升产业结构，提高经济运行效率，促进经济转型。本文从二元经济结构的视角考察韩国技术创新的发展历程，结果发现韩国二元经济转型历程与技术创新的发展历程在时间上存在契合性。深入研究韩国技术创新的经验，可以为促进我国二元经济转型提供借鉴：注重技术模仿与技术创新相融合；注重制度创新对技术创新的重要作用；注重产学研有机结合，以及对技术创新人才的培养与开发。

Technological innovation can upgrade the industrial structure , improve the efficiency of economy and promote the eco-nomic transition . This paper makes a study on the development history of technological innovation in South Korea from the perspective of dual economic structure . The result shows that in South Korea , the development process of dual economic transition is highly consistent with the process of technological innovation . By investigating the technological innovation history of Korea , some experience can be learned for China to promote its dual economic transition . These experience that should be paid more attention to are :the integration of technologi-cal imitation and technological innovation , the important function of institutional innovation for technological innovation , the organic combi-nation of industry , education and research , and the development of training talents .
