目的：探究甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片(可多华)联合普适泰片(舍尼通)用于前列腺增生的疗效。方法将我院收治的60例前列腺增生的患者，采用随机分组法将患者分成2组，对25例对照组患者只采用可多华控释片，给予35例治疗组患者可多华联合舍尼通，周期为10周。观察患者在治疗前后前列腺体积、最大尿流率(MFR)和残余尿量的变化情况。结果经过治疗后，治疗组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组。结论采用可多华联合舍尼通治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效明显优于单纯使用可多华控释片。
목적：탐구갑광산다사서진공석편(가다화)연합보괄태편(사니통)용우전렬선증생적료효。방법장아원수치적60례전렬선증생적환자，채용수궤분조법장환자분성2조，대25례대조조환자지채용가다화공석편，급여35례치료조환자가다화연합사니통，주기위10주。관찰환자재치료전후전렬선체적、최대뇨류솔(MFR)화잔여뇨량적변화정황。결과경과치료후，치료조환자적치료효과명현호우대조조。결론채용가다화연합사니통치료전렬선증생적림상료효명현우우단순사용가다화공석편。
Objective: Explore the efficacy of doxazosin mesylate GITS (Cardura) universal joint Thai-chip (Cernilton) for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups method, 25 patients in the control group of patients using only Cardura release tablets given 35 cases of patients treated with Cardura joint Cernilton through a period of 10 weeks. Changes observed in patients before and after treatment of prostate volume, maximum flow rate (MFR) and residual urine volume. Results: After treatment, patients treated with the therapeutic effect was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Cardura joint Cernilton treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia clinical efficacy was significantly better than using Cardura release tablets.
