目的：分析与探究对胃食管反流性咳嗽患者24 h食管pH值监测的特点。方法：对疑似患有胃食管反流性咳嗽的60例患者进行24 h的食管pH检测。采用Demeester积分≥14.72和/或反流与咳嗽的症状相关概率SAP≥75%为判断标准进行相关分析，并针对监测异常的患者进行相关促进胃动力以及抗酸治疗3周~3个月。结果：经过24 h的pH值监测后，结果无异常患者15例，异常患者45例，其中经过相关治疗3~4周咳嗽症状无缓解者10例，其可能为剧烈咳嗽所致的恶心反流，3个月后5例患者咳嗽症状减缓不明显，经分析可能为胆汁反流所致，30患者咳嗽症状基本得以控制。结论：胃食管反流性咳嗽患者24 h食管pH值检测对由于胃食管反流所致咳嗽的诊断具有重要的意义。

목적：분석여탐구대위식관반류성해수환자24 h식관pH치감측적특점。방법：대의사환유위식관반류성해수적60례환자진행24 h적식관pH검측。채용Demeester적분≥14.72화/혹반류여해수적증상상관개솔SAP≥75%위판단표준진행상관분석，병침대감측이상적환자진행상관촉진위동력이급항산치료3주~3개월。결과：경과24 h적pH치감측후，결과무이상환자15례，이상환자45례，기중경과상관치료3~4주해수증상무완해자10례，기가능위극렬해수소치적악심반류，3개월후5례환자해수증상감완불명현，경분석가능위담즙반류소치，30환자해수증상기본득이공제。결론：위식관반류성해수환자24 h식관pH치검측대유우위식관반류소치해수적진단구유중요적의의。
Objective:To analysis and research on the stomach esophagus regurgitation cough detection in patients with 24 hour esophageal pH value. Method:The suspected patients with gastroesophageal reflux cough 60 patients of esophageal pH for 24 h. Adopt Demeester score of 14.72 or higher and/or reverse flow associated with the symptoms of cough probability analyzing related SAP 75%or higher as the judgment standard,and for monitoring patients with abnormal for promoting gastric dynamics and acid treatment for three weeks to three months.Result:After 24 hours of pH monitoring,and the results of 15 patients with no exception,45 patients with abnormal,after treatment of 3-4 weeks no relieve a cough of 10 cases,it may be as rough cough due to nausea reflux,after 3 months of 5 patients with cough reduce is not obvious,the analysis may be caused by bile reflux,30 patients with cough basic to control,accounting for 50%of the total number of patients to monitor.Conclusion:Gastroesophageal reflux cough detection in patients with 24 hour esophageal pH value on the diagnosis of cough caused by gastroesophageal reflux has important significance.
