采用三点弯曲试验对混杂纤维混凝土梁进行测试,通过《纤维混凝土应用技术规程》JGJ/T221-2010和RILEM的方法进行数据分析。从钢纤维的掺量(长径比为100)、长径比、水胶比3个方面对混凝土梁抗弯性能进行研究,结果表明混凝土的抗弯韧性随着钢纤维掺量的增加而增大,名义抗弯强度和等效抗弯强度随着钢纤维长径比的增大而增大,并且混凝土的抗弯性能与水胶比有密切的相关性。
採用三點彎麯試驗對混雜纖維混凝土樑進行測試,通過《纖維混凝土應用技術規程》JGJ/T221-2010和RILEM的方法進行數據分析。從鋼纖維的摻量(長徑比為100)、長徑比、水膠比3箇方麵對混凝土樑抗彎性能進行研究,結果錶明混凝土的抗彎韌性隨著鋼纖維摻量的增加而增大,名義抗彎彊度和等效抗彎彊度隨著鋼纖維長徑比的增大而增大,併且混凝土的抗彎性能與水膠比有密切的相關性。
채용삼점만곡시험대혼잡섬유혼응토량진행측시,통과《섬유혼응토응용기술규정》JGJ/T221-2010화RILEM적방법진행수거분석。종강섬유적참량(장경비위100)、장경비、수효비3개방면대혼응토량항만성능진행연구,결과표명혼응토적항만인성수착강섬유참량적증가이증대,명의항만강도화등효항만강도수착강섬유장경비적증대이증대,병차혼응토적항만성능여수효비유밀절적상관성。
The flexural toughness of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete ( HFRC) beams was tested under a three point bending system, and the data of experiments were analyzed according to the Technical specification for application of fiber reinforced concrete JGJ/T221-2010 and RILEM recommendation. The results showed that the increase of steel fibers ( aspect ratio was 100 ) volume ratio in the HFRC caused the increase of flexural toughness, and both nominal ultimate flexural strength and equivalent flexural strength of beams increased with the increase of aspect ratio of steel fiber. Furthermore, the water-binder ratio of HFRC significantly influenced the flexural behavior.
