针对通常的熔融加工过程中聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)结晶经常获得不具有压电性的α晶的情况,讨论了制备富含具有良好压电性能β晶的PVDF制品的方法,从纯PVDF,PVDF纳米复合材料,PVDF共混物等方面综述了制备β相PVDF的方法、影响β相含量因素及各种制备方法的利弊,并对其制备方法的趋势进行了展望。
針對通常的鎔融加工過程中聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)結晶經常穫得不具有壓電性的α晶的情況,討論瞭製備富含具有良好壓電性能β晶的PVDF製品的方法,從純PVDF,PVDF納米複閤材料,PVDF共混物等方麵綜述瞭製備β相PVDF的方法、影響β相含量因素及各種製備方法的利弊,併對其製備方法的趨勢進行瞭展望。

According to the conditions that during common melt processing,the crystallization of PVDF generally results in αphase without any piezoelectricity,so the preparation methods of PVDF products with high content of βphase which has good piezoelectricity were introduced. The ways to prepareβphase and the factors that influence the content ofβphase from pure PVDF,PVDF nanocomposites,PVDF blends and so on were summarized,the methods to obtain PVDF products with high content ofβphase were prospected.
