轻质实体聚苯块作为混凝土空腔结构的内膜与传统技术形式对比有着明显优势,可以有效避免传统技术施工后的质量隐患,降低钢筋用量,保温、隔声效果好。介绍了该轻质实体混凝土空腔结构内膜施工技术特点、主要施工过程及操作要点、施工质量控制要求,并与传统的模壳结构进行了经济效益对比分析。研究表明,该结构在施工技术和经济效益方面均具有明显优势。

Lightweight entity polystyrene block is used for cavity concrete structure with obvious advantages comparing with traditional form, which can effectively avoid hidden quality risks and save reinforcement with excellent thermal insulation effect. This paper introduces construction features of the lightweight entity internal formwork, main construction process and operation keys, as well as construction quality control requirements. Then the economical benefits are compared. It shows that the mentioned internal formwork has advantages both in construction and economy.
