LJG315型掘进机从动链轮是由35CrMo钢和27SiMn钢焊接而成的,在220益预热的情况下,利用气体保护对35CrMo钢和27SiMn钢进行了焊接,观察了焊接接头的显微组织并测量了硬度。经生产验证,其焊接性能满足了从动链轮的力学性能要求。

LJG315 roadheader driven sprocket is welded by 35CrMo and 27SiMn steel. With mixed gas protection and 220℃preheated, 35CrMo steel and 27SiMn steel were welded. The microstructure of welded joints was observed and the hardness was tested. The production showed that the welded joints can meet the requirements of mechanical properties of driven sprocket.
