随着虚拟现实技术的发展，人们越来越重视其带来的真实性、实时性以及交互性，例如建筑可视化和虚拟房产等应用领域。对于虚拟房产，为了更直观地体现出潜在用户所关心的户型、景观、日照、周边配套等相关信息，并且出于多平台应用的考虑，设计并实现了一个移动售楼系统。该系统基于Unity3D图形引擎开发，可发布至PC、IOS、Android等多个终端平台。本文介绍了该系统的设计与实现，重点阐述了系统总体架构、移动端平台的系统优化方案等关键技术。最后给出了系统运行截图并介绍了系统应用情况。结果表明，本文设计的移动售楼系统开辟了一种新的营销模式，在房地产领域有一定的推广价值和经济价值。

With the development of virtual reality technology, there is growing brings authenticity, timeliness and interactivity. Such as architectural visualization and virtual real estate and other applications.For virtual real estate, in order to more directly reflet the size,landscape, sunshine, surrounding facilities and other related information of interest to potential users, and multi-platform application considerations, the design and implementation of a mobile sales system. The system is based Unity3D graphics engine development, it can publish to multiple platform,PC, IOS, Android and soon. This paper describesthe design and implementation of the system,the systemfocuses on the overall system architecture, the mobile platform optimization and interior scenes and other key technologiesto enhance the effect. Finally, the system shots is showed and introduced the system application.The results show that the design of mobile sales system opens up a new marketing model,there are promotionand economic valuein the real estate area.
