目的：考察不同产地丹参药材对丹参多酚酸盐质量的影响。方法：根据丹参多酚酸盐的生产工艺，将丹参药材70%乙醇提取浓缩后以大孔树脂进行分离，收集20%乙醇洗脱液，制备丹参多酚酸盐，通过高效液相色谱法（HPLC）评价不同产地的丹参药材生产的丹参多酚酸盐的质量。结果与结论：不同产地丹参生产的丹参多酚酸盐含量虽有差别，但均能符合质量要求。
목적：고찰불동산지단삼약재대단삼다분산염질량적영향。방법：근거단삼다분산염적생산공예，장단삼약재70%을순제취농축후이대공수지진행분리，수집20%을순세탈액，제비단삼다분산염，통과고효액상색보법（HPLC）평개불동산지적단삼약재생산적단삼다분산염적질량。결과여결론：불동산지단삼생산적단삼다분산염함량수유차별，단균능부합질량요구。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the salvia miltiorrhiza from different origins on the quality of salvianolate. Methods:According to the processing method for the production of salvianolate, salvianolate was prepared by concentration of 70%ethanol extracts of salvia miltiorrhiza followed by isolation and elution on a macroporous resin column and collection of 20%ethanol eluate. The quality of salvianolate from different origins was evaluated by HPLC. Results:Although the contents of salvianolate prepared above are varied they can all meet the quality requirements.
