为了解决输电线路在线监测装置供电电源问题,推荐了一种采用太阳能电池取能和采用超级电容器储能的开关电源,提出一种开关电容和Boost变换器相结合的充电电路,并采用ARM7-LPC2138进行最大功率点跟踪( MPPT)控制,既能实现太阳能电池最大功率点跟踪,又可对超级电容器进行快速充电。研制出了基于光伏和超级电容的供电电源样机,实验结果表明所建议方案的可行性。
為瞭解決輸電線路在線鑑測裝置供電電源問題,推薦瞭一種採用太暘能電池取能和採用超級電容器儲能的開關電源,提齣一種開關電容和Boost變換器相結閤的充電電路,併採用ARM7-LPC2138進行最大功率點跟蹤( MPPT)控製,既能實現太暘能電池最大功率點跟蹤,又可對超級電容器進行快速充電。研製齣瞭基于光伏和超級電容的供電電源樣機,實驗結果錶明所建議方案的可行性。

In order to provide power supply for transmission line monitoring equipment, a photovoltaic and super-ca-pacitor based switching power converter is suggested. An improved charging circuit with switching capacitor and Boost converter is put forward, and the maximum power point tracking( MPPT) control system based on ARM7-LPC2138 is proposed. The new power supply can not only track the maximum power point, but also charge the super capacitor rapidly. The prototype for the proposed power supply has been developed. Simulation and experiment results verify the feasibility of the proposed approach.
