目的:观察体外模拟刷牙对复合树脂表面粗糙度的影响。方法:选择3个厂家生产的5种复合树脂制作试样,并即刻抛光,分别在体外模拟刷牙前、后检测表面粗糙度Ra值。结果:(1)抛光即刻和体外模拟刷牙后,大颗粒填料复合树脂(Quixfil)表现为较高的表面粗糙度;(2)钡玻璃填料复合树脂(AP-X ,Quixfil)在体外模拟刷牙后表面粗糙度显著增加( P<0.05);(3)石英填料复合树脂(P60,P90)和纳米填料复合树脂(Z350)体外模拟刷牙后表面粗糙度无显著变化,(P>0.05)。结论:(1)复合树脂的填料种类、粒度、工艺影响表面粗糙度;(2)石英及纳米工艺填料树脂能够较好的抵抗体外模拟刷牙,表面粗糙度稳定;(3)Silorane基质复合树脂P90表面光滑程度较好,不易受到体外模拟刷牙的影响。
目的:觀察體外模擬刷牙對複閤樹脂錶麵粗糙度的影響。方法:選擇3箇廠傢生產的5種複閤樹脂製作試樣,併即刻拋光,分彆在體外模擬刷牙前、後檢測錶麵粗糙度Ra值。結果:(1)拋光即刻和體外模擬刷牙後,大顆粒填料複閤樹脂(Quixfil)錶現為較高的錶麵粗糙度;(2)鋇玻璃填料複閤樹脂(AP-X ,Quixfil)在體外模擬刷牙後錶麵粗糙度顯著增加( P<0.05);(3)石英填料複閤樹脂(P60,P90)和納米填料複閤樹脂(Z350)體外模擬刷牙後錶麵粗糙度無顯著變化,(P>0.05)。結論:(1)複閤樹脂的填料種類、粒度、工藝影響錶麵粗糙度;(2)石英及納米工藝填料樹脂能夠較好的牴抗體外模擬刷牙,錶麵粗糙度穩定;(3)Silorane基質複閤樹脂P90錶麵光滑程度較好,不易受到體外模擬刷牙的影響。
목적:관찰체외모의쇄아대복합수지표면조조도적영향。방법:선택3개엄가생산적5충복합수지제작시양,병즉각포광,분별재체외모의쇄아전、후검측표면조조도Ra치。결과:(1)포광즉각화체외모의쇄아후,대과립전료복합수지(Quixfil)표현위교고적표면조조도;(2)패파리전료복합수지(AP-X ,Quixfil)재체외모의쇄아후표면조조도현저증가( P<0.05);(3)석영전료복합수지(P60,P90)화납미전료복합수지(Z350)체외모의쇄아후표면조조도무현저변화,(P>0.05)。결론:(1)복합수지적전료충류、립도、공예영향표면조조도;(2)석영급납미공예전료수지능구교호적저항체외모의쇄아,표면조조도은정;(3)Silorane기질복합수지P90표면광활정도교호,불역수도체외모의쇄아적영향。
Objective :To evaluate in vitro simulated toothbrushing on surface roughness of composite resin materials . Methods :5 commercial resin composites with different filler and matrix were studied in this study .Ra values were test-ed by surface profilometer before and after simulated toothbrushing .Results:(1) Surface roughness of Quixfil with large glass fillers was the greatest before and after the brushing process .(2) Ra values of composites with larger glass filler (AP-X ,Quixfil) increased significantly after brushing process (P< 0 .05);(3)Ra value did not significantly changed on composite resins with quartz and nano fillers (P>0 .05) .Conclusion:(1) Factors like filler component ,par-ticle size and technique can influent the surface roughness of composite .(2) Composites with quartz and nano fillers were resistant to the toothbrushing process and the roughness were stable .(3) Surface roughness of silorane based composites (P90) were acceptable and were not influenced by the toothbrushing process .
