目的：观察苯甲酸复配中药抽提液、苯甲酸抑菌剂及单纯中药抽提液的抑菌效果及其刺激性。方法：采用琼脂扩散法和动物试验对3种抑菌剂进行抑菌效果测定和刺激性试验。结果：苯甲酸复配中药抽提液和苯甲酸抑菌剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白色假丝酵母的抑菌圈直径比单纯中药抽提液显著增加，苯甲酸复配中药抽提液对实验动物的刺激性低于苯甲酸抑菌剂。结论：苯甲酸复配中药提取液抑菌效果显著强于纯中药抑菌剂，其刺激性低于苯甲酸抑菌剂。

목적：관찰분갑산복배중약추제액、분갑산억균제급단순중약추제액적억균효과급기자격성。방법：채용경지확산법화동물시험대3충억균제진행억균효과측정화자격성시험。결과：분갑산복배중약추제액화분갑산억균제대금황색포도구균、대장애희균화백색가사효모적억균권직경비단순중약추제액현저증가，분갑산복배중약추제액대실험동물적자격성저우분갑산억균제。결론：분갑산복배중약제취액억균효과현저강우순중약억균제，기자격성저우분갑산억균제。
Objective:To observe the bacteriostatic efifcacy and irritation of benzoic acid, benzoic acid plus the extract of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) and simple TCM. Methods:The bacteriostatic effect and irritation of three kinds of bacteriostatic agent were determined by agar diffusion method and animal experiment. Results:Compared with the simple TCM, the diameter of inhibition zone for benzoic acid and benzoic acid plus TCM extract against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans increased significantly. Irritant effect of benzoic acid plus TCM extract on the skin and eyes of experimental animals is lower than the tested simple benzoic acid. Conclusion: Benzoic acid plus TCM extract has obvious antimicrobial effect and its irritation is lower than benzoic acid.
